Calum is very passionate about his clients and our Gym members health, well-being and fitness goals as well as continuously working own his own fitness levels and skills. He continues to review and test new fitness trends and is always keen to add in that 'One More Rep'... when he knows you can do it

Bailie Garret

As well as offering Personal Training at Challenge Training Studios, Bailie is

also currently working towards his Level 3 in Sports and Exercise.

Karen Dunlop-Wainwright

Personal Trainer

  • Level 2 in Chi Me (a series of Tai Chi influenced exercises)

  • Level 3 in Community Facilitation

 

Karen also works with New Lodge Duncairn Community Health Partnership to facilitate workshops on children's health in local primary schools in the area. 

Karen also works with the local charity, Nexus NI which delivers free counselling and support services to anyone affected by sexual assault and trauma.  

Andrew McKinley

As well as offering Personal Training, Andrew also offers small group and team training.

Sam Jameson

Gym Assistant

Sam is currently studying A level Maths. Technology & Design and BTEC level 3 in Sport. Sam is hoping to go to Stranmillis University next year to take a PE course and become a teacher.

Sam helps out with Gym classes, training sessions and upkeep of the equipment.
