  1. Blueberries   -   contain a type of flavonoid called anthocyanin

  2. Kiwis    -    excellent source of vitamin C

  3. Sunflower Seeds      -     are a rich source of vitamin E

  4. Dark Chocolate   -   contains an antioxidant called theobromine

  5. Oily Fish    -    Salmon, tuna and other oily fish are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids

  6. Broccoli   -   excellent source of vitamin C

  7. Spinach    -   contains flavonoids, carotenoids, vitamin C and vitamin E

  8. Sweet Potato   -   are rich in beta carotene

  9. Garlic & Ginger    -     has anti-inflammatory and antioxidative
